Q. Is the jewelry from Empire Hollywood real?
A. Yes, the items are made of the materials stated. There are generally two types of jewelry materials we use, both of which are listed in the product name and on the product page.
925 Silver x Moissanite: These feature a silver base set with D-color, VVS1 clarity Moissanite. Each piece of Moissanite comes with an individual GRA certificate. While not a diamond, it is an exceptionally beautiful stone for those who want that diamond-like brilliance at an accessible price point.
Brass x CZ: These feature a brass base with a plating of gold, rhodium, or similar, and use Cubic Zirconia (CZ) stones. Because they are not solid gold or diamonds, they allow you to wear thick chains or designs encrusted with stones at a price point suitable for everyday wear.

Q. Why is Empire Hollywood so affordable?
A. It is not because we sacrifice quality. There are three reasons:
We invest in appearance, not the base metal. Jewelry made of brass with metal plating is produced even by high-end fashion brands. The rhodium and palladium used in our finishing are the same metals used by luxury brands and fine jewelry makers. We believe there is no need to pay multiples more for the same look simply because of the base metal price.
We use reputable workshops. Our items are produced at partner workshops that also manufacture for the largest HipHop jewelry brands in the US.
We eliminate middlemen and brand premiums. We contract directly with workshops and do not go through trading companies or wholesalers. This pricing is the result of cutting out every possible middleman cost.

Q. How much is shipping?
A. Shipping is free to anywhere in Japan.
Q. Is there a warranty period?
A. Our warranty covers 7 days after the product arrives. If you discover any damage or defects during this period, we will exchange it for a new one (we cover the return shipping costs). Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
Damage caused by normal wear or defects resulting from improper use or storage are not covered.
Q. What materials are used?
A. Our necklaces and bracelets use "925 silver" or "Brass" as a base, with high-quality finishes using authentic Gold, Rhodium, and Palladium.
These are the same finishing methods used for high-end luxury jewelry, providing both a premium luster and durability.
We also pay close attention to reducing skin irritation.
All earrings are made with 925 silver x Moissanite.

Q. Are your products safe for people with metal allergies?
A. Our products are designed with consideration for those with metal allergies; however, we cannot guarantee that they will not cause an allergic reaction in everyone.
Items marked as "Plated" use allergy-resistant materials like rhodium or palladium on the surface and are further finished with high-quality 18K Gold plating.
Because they are finished thick and carefully, many customers use them without issue, but we recommend that those with particularly sensitive skin carefully consider their purchase.
All earrings are made using 925 silver.

Q. Do CZ stones look cheap?
A. Our CZ stones (cubic zirconia) are distinguished by their precision cut and setting, which set them apart from standard stones in terms of brilliance and clarity.
They offer superior clarity and light reflection compared to regular cubic zirconia, giving them a very luxurious look—they do not look cheap.
