Harvey Weinstein Audio Leaked From NYT Interview Just Before Downfall

Audio has been leaked from an interview Harvey Weinstein did with The New York Times just before his downfall.

The conversation took place between the 67-year-old disgraced film producer and two reporters from the outlet, acquired by Inside Edition, Deadline reports.

The series will air a segment based on the audio on Thursday (June 27).

In a teaser clip shared by Inside Edition on Wednesday, NYT reporters Jodi Kantor and Megan Twohey reveal some of their findings, as Harvey can be heard responding, sometimes with aggression.

“I think you ought to be specific and tell me who they are and if they’re on the record,” he says to Jodi and Megan on the call. “I’m not a saint, but I’m not the sinner you think I am.”

“There are many mistakes you’ve made,” he continues. “I promise we will find them.”

“It seems like you have a lotta hearsay on your hands,” Harvey Weinstein adds. “I’m gonna say this nicely: Get the facts right. You’re journalists.”
