Lady Gaga is voicing her opinion on the state of our government.
During her Engima show on Saturday night (January 19) in Las Vegas, the 32-year-old entertainer stopped her performance of “Million Reasons” to call out President Trump and Vice President Pence and to address the government shutdown.
“There are people that live paycheck to paycheck that need their money,” Gaga said the roars of applause.
Gaga then turned her focus to Pence and his wife Karen – who is working at a school that bans LGBTQ+ students and staff.
“And to Mike Pence who thinks that it’s ok his wife works at a school that bans LGBTQ: you’re wrong. you’re the worst representation of what it means to be a Christian,” Gaga says.”I am a Christian woman and what I do know about Christianity is that we bare no prejudice and everybody is welcome. So you can take all that disgrace, Mr. Pence, and look yourself in the mirror and you’ll find it right there.”
