
Jake Gyllenhaal stopped by The Late Show on Wednesday night (January 16) and talked about starring in indie films versus a big budget film from the Marvel universe.
The 37-year-old actor plays Quentin Beck / Mysterio in the upcoming film, Spider-Man: Far From Home, which just debuted its first trailer this week.
“I guess the movies I make are a little weird,” Jake expressed. “It is different and it’s really fun, I was looking for a role in a space that felt like I could do something with it – and I did something with it. I don’t know how good I did with it but I did something with it. It’s very exciting.”
