【Shipping Information】

・Deliveries to remote islands and certain other areas may take around 10 days to arrive.

・Due to high demand, if items are out of stock at our local store, they will be shipped directly from our overseas partner workshop, which may take approximately 10 days for delivery after shipment.

【Delivery and Tracking Information】

・For overseas shipments, tracking information may not update until the package clears customs. While the delivery status may appear temporarily stalled, tracking will become available once the item enters Japan.

【Size Notation】

・Sizes are based on international standards, so a margin of error of a few millimeters may occur.

【Defective Items and Exchanges】

・In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of arrival. After verification, we will promptly provide a replacement.
